The recessed door contact offers discreet protection for swinging doors. By being installed inside of the door frame the customers receives protection as well as an invisible installation.
The contact offers protection via an electromagnetic connection between a magnet and an internal switch. While the magnet is near the switch the sensor is "closed", when it moves away the switch "opens" and triggers an alarm.
